Our New Fleetwood Caravan Badges Designed and Made by Us

We’re really excited to finally share one of our newest product ranges, our Fleetwood Caravan Logo Badges, designed and made entirely by us here at Parker3D.

This project actually started as a personal one.

While working on our own Fleetwood caravan, we noticed just how expensive replacement badges were, and a lot of them were simply paper printed stickers with a clear cover. For the price being asked, the quality just didn’t stack up, especially for something that lives outside in all weathers.

So we decided to do something about it.

We began by sketching the original logo by hand, then carefully recreated it digitally so we could control every detail. From there, we designed multiple styles, tested colours, and worked out the best materials to use for outdoor durability.

All of our badges are 3D printed in PETG to help reduce UV fading, then finished with a resin dome for a smooth, glossy look that feels solid and premium. They’re made to last, not peel or fade after a season.

What started as a fix for our own caravan has now turned into a full product range, and we’re pleased to say these badges are now listed on our website for anyone looking for a quality replacement.
